Payment Options
For original works, purchased direct from my studio:
I accept cash, check, money order, and PayPal. Payments may be made through the mail or in person. Clients will receive a receipt for each payment.
Shipping is available: Client may have works shipped by a method of the client’s choosing. Client covers all shipping costs and insurance, if desired. All work is securely packaged before shipping. Artist is not responsible for damage in transit.
Clients who wish to pay for an existing work in installments may reserve a piece by paying at least one-half the full price of the work in advance, with the understanding that this down payment will not be returned, regardless of circumstance. No exceptions. Full details may be outlined in a written contract, if desired. Full payment must be made within 90 days, or the reservation will be lost. Regardless of circumstance, payments will not be returned.
Clients who wish to commission a new work may do so by paying one-half the full price of the job in advance, with the understanding that this down payment will not be returned. Full details will be outlined in a written contract.
Clients may take possession of a work after it has been paid in full. If last payment is by check, money order, or PayPal, the payments must clear before the work will be delivered.
For works purchased through a gallery:
All purchasing requests, payments, pick-up/delivery options are to go through the Gallery Director/Curator.

Clients may request works be added to the prints catalog, if a work is not currently listed.

Purchase Agreement
I, the undersigned, agree to the terms outlined above, and as follows:
(down payment price) *My down payment of one-half the purchase price of this artwork,

(initials of client) *I understand that, if this work is not paid in full, artist reserves the right to refuse delivery. Any payments previously made will not be returned. Artist reserves the right to allow client to apply previous payments toward other purchases, or not, at the artist’s discretion.
